Names

Names are entered by source. An official record was printed by S-GAME or PlayStation. A published report comes from an account of a showing or an interview. A definition is this record’s explanation of a cultural term. An alternate name is another wording set beside the primary one.

How names are verified

The English, Simplified, and Traditional homepages do not always choose the same words. 迷局独往 and 迷局獨行 are both on official pages. Blood-Steel Form and 机械魔躯 are both on official pages. This table refuses to “correct” one of them into the other.

Pinyin in the notes is a reading aid. It is not an official translation. When a later build shows a different UI string, the row should say so and keep the old string as an alias.

Character names

Soul and 魂 are stable across the developer essay and Chinese coverage. Mó Yuan is the spelling in the August 2026 PlayStation post. The Order, 教团, and 组织 are not stable. They stay in one row until a release screen picks a word.

Weapon names

Phantom Edges is the English term in the PlayStation post. 影之武装 is the Chinese term in the Epic recap. The Soft Snake Sword, the drunken style, and the serpent pair appear in that recap. Venomous softblade is entered as an alternate name beside the Soft Snake Sword.

Cultural vocabulary

Kungfupunk, 功夫朋克, and 功夫龐克 differ by official locale. Wulin, Phantom World, and jianghu are related and not interchangeable. The cultural pages argue that difference. This table only stops the words from collapsing.
