Questions
These answers were checked on 28 October 2026. If a store page disagrees, the store page is the one that can take your money.
Platforms and official requirements
The official site’s structured data lists PlayStation 5 and PC, with the date 29 October 2026. The pre-order post of 12 August 2026 names PS5, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. The same structured data does not list Xbox. That is an absence on the page we read, not a promise that a version can never exist.
PlayStation.Blog’s 17 August 2026 post says the game launches on 29 October, with a footnote that the US and some regions unlock on 28 October. Use the clock on the store you are buying from.
PC requirements were published by S-GAME on 12 August 2026. Minimum, from the English page: Windows 10 or 11 64-bit, Intel Core i7-8700K or Ryzen 5 3600, GeForce GTX 1660 6GB or Radeon RX 5500 XT 8GB, DirectX 12, 16GB memory, an SSD, and 1080p at 30 frames with upscaling. Recommended: Core i5-10600K or Ryzen 5 5600X, RTX 3060 Ti 8GB or RX 6700 XT 12GB, 16GB, SSD, 1440p at 60 with upscaling. Ray tracing lists an RTX 5060, path tracing an RTX 5080. The Traditional page is the same table with a few different spellings. Read the official page before you buy parts. This paragraph will go stale.
Genre and combat
Is it a soulslike? Liang told Epic in December 2025 that the game takes something from soulslikes and from hack-and-slash games and is fully neither. The 2023 essay had pushed away from the slower style. Both quotes live on the combat page.
Is it an open world? In 2023 Liang called it a semi-open world of several handcrafted maps. The Epic recap of the August 2026 deep dive says it is not an open world: eight connected regions. The later sentence is the more specific public description. It is still a recap of a presentation.
Is there multiplayer? The materials checked here describe one player as Soul. They do not announce co-op or a versus mode. If a store page adds one, that page wins.
Story entry
You can start with this game. Liang presented it in 2023 as the worldwide game the studio had wanted to make, and wrote that most Phantom Blade phone games never left China. Play order separates that release history from story continuity.
The premise is the count of sixty-six days. Endings, full routes, and trophies follow the release and any later studio notice.
Official links
Buy and wishlist from the pages the studio actually links: the official site, the Steam app it points to, and the stores named in the pre-order post. The game is obtained from those pages. Prices follow the store. Standard and Deluxe are the editions printed on the homepage. Pre-order extras named in English include the Treasure Basin charm and the Legacy outfit, which the page says can also be earned in the game. Deluxe adds the Wulin Legend outfit, a Blood-Steel Form outfit, a digital art book, and a soundtrack. The Chinese homepages call that second deluxe outfit 机械魔躯. The names are both official and not the same words.
There is no download of the game on this website.
